April 24, 2014 - Kelsey was diagnosed with Ehlers Danlos Syndrome
May 2014 - We realized that God was calling us to adopt!
January 2015 - Started researching adoption options
June 2015 - Announced our adoption plans to friends and family
November 2015 - Home Study Application was approved!
December 2015 - Received paperwork and clearances for home study in February
February 4, 9, & 10, 2016 - Our 3 home study visits
February 27, 2016 - We receive a message from a friend about a birth family that wanted to make an adoption plan for their baby girl.
March 1, 2016 - Our home study is finalized and approved!
March 5, 2016 - We meet Abigail's birth family
April 22, 2016 - Abigail arrives at 10:30 am weighing 7lb 9oz and 21 inches long
April 24, 2016 - We're discharged from the hospital with our baby girl in our arms, exactly two years after Kelsey's EDS diagnosis.
